Training tracking

Who receives it:
|
The users who are members of the execution control team and the instructors with permission to control the training execution.
|
When:
|
A training is in the "Execution", "Evaluation" or "Effectiveness verification" step.
|
Purpose:
|
To allow the responsible parties to track the progress of the steps of a training.
|
How to execute this task:
1.
|
The list of pending records will display self-trainings, trainings with automatic flow, those in which the instructor has execution control (if the logged user is a member of the responsible team), and the trainings under evaluation that are in the Training evaluation task will not be listed. Select the desired training.

2.

On the toolbar, click on the button that corresponds to the action you wish to perform:

Click on this button to:
▪Edit the evaluation configurations, as well as enable/disable tests and surveys and other operations related to the evaluation execution of the selected training. ▪Evaluate the effectiveness of the training. |

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

|
Click on this button to send a training with the "Execution" status configured step (evaluation, effectiveness verification or closure). Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

3.
|
If the training is "Cancelled" or "Invalidated", or when its execution is closed, the record will no longer be displayed in the list of pending records.
