Overview:

When an asset presents a problem and/or a defect and a maintenance is necessary, it must be checked out for the lab. This process ensures the whole maintenance history is kept. It is possible to perform a maintenance event with any asset that is not in an event or disabled. In order to check the asset out, it must be configured with the maintenance event and the user who will create the event must be a member of the team responsible for it.

The main screen is displayed in three quadrants. The first quadrant displays the panel with search filters that allow locating the assets and their maintenance events more easily. The second quadrant displays the assets recorded in the system, while the third quadrant displays the maintenance events of the asset selected in the second quadrant.

Specific buttons:

Click on this button, located in the second quadrant, to view the data of the asset selected in the list of records.
