Changing the status of an asset

SE Asset allows disabling assets whose records you do not wish to delete, but that are no longer necessary at the moment, as well as reactivating them if necessary.

To do that, first locate and select the desired asset in the main screen list of records.

Once done, click on the button on the toolbar.

On the screen that will be opened, enter an explanation to cancel or reactivate the asset and save the record.

If the asset was:

▪Disabled: It will be displayed with this status in the list of records, and it is possible to identify it through the "AS" column. To locate disabled assets more easily, use the Asset status field in the Asset filter on the search panel.

▪Reactivated: It will be displayed with the status prior to its cancellation.
