This section is only displayed if the SE Performance component is part of the solutions acquired by your organization. It will be disabled for assets with a quantity greater than "1".

When editing the data of an asset and clicking on the arrow below the Indicator section, the following subsections will be displayed:

Indicator

In the Indicator subsection, the indicators of the asset in question are displayed for tracking. The configuration of indicators is performed through the Configuration General parameters menu.

MTTR: MTTR is an abbreviation of Mean time to Repair. This indicator represents the average time taken to execute a repair in the asset after the occurrence of a failure. The lower this index is, the greater the asset reliability will be.

MTBF: MTBF is the abbreviation of Mean time between Failures. This indicator represents the average time elapsed between a failure and the next time it will occur to the asset. The higher this index is, the greater the asset reliability will be.

Availability: The value of the chart will be given for the period considered from the start date of operation until the current moment. This indicator calculates how long the equipment operated in relation to the total time available for production. The formula to calculate availability is: Availability = MTBF / (MTBF + MTTR).

Downtime: The chart value will be given by the sum of the hours in the downtime record of the asset in question.

The MTTR, MTBF, and Availability indicators are powered by verification, maintenance and calibration activities of the asset.

OEE

This subsection displays the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) charts, allowing to evaluate the performance of the asset in question. It is divided in two sections:

In the Parameters to calculate OEE section, define the parameters that will be used to generate the indicators of Quality, Performance and Availability. To do that, click on the button and on the screen that opens, enter the following fields:

Duration: Enter the Start and End dates that include the evaluation period of the asset.

Quality: Enter the Quality parts and All parts quantity. The Quality field will be filled automatically with the calculation obtained for the Quality indicator.

Performance: Enter the Amount produced and Planned quantity. The Performance field automatically fills with the calculation obtained for the Performance indicator.

Availability: The MTTR, MTBF and Availability fields are automatically completed by the system, with the information obtained through the execution of asset verification, maintenance and calibration activities.

OEE: The value of this chart is obtained by means of the following multiplication: Performance X Quality X Availability.

The OEE section displays a chart with the values from the parameters defined in the previously described section.
