When editing the data of an asset and clicking on the arrow below the Documentation section, the following subsections will be available:

 

Attachment

Through this section, it is possible to add, delete, download and view the attachments related to the asset. For further details on how to add attachments to the record, see the Adding attachments section.

 

Document

This section is only available if the SE Document component is part of the solutions acquired by your organization. In it, it is possible to add or associate the documents related to the asset. Refer to the Adding documents section for further details on how to add and/or associate documents from SE Document.

 

Safety data sheet

This section is only available if the SE Document component is part of the solutions acquired by your organization. In it, it is possible to add or associate the security documents related to the asset.

Safety data sheets form the main gage to make sure manufacturers and importers communicate enough information during the whole supply chain to allow a safe usage of their substances and mixtures. They contain information on the properties of the substance and its hazards, handling, disposal and transport instructions and measures for first aid, fire-fighting and exposure control.

Contract

This section is only available if the SE Document component is part of the solutions acquired by your organization. In it, it is possible to add or associate the contracts related to the asset. Note that it will only be possible to add documents of the contract type, and only documents of this type will be available for selection during association. Refer to the Adding documents section for further details on how to add and/or associate documents from SE Document.
