Creating a verification activity under execution

See how to create a verification activity:

 

In the list of records on the second quadrant, select the desired verification plan.

 

After that, click on the button on the side toolbar of the third quadrant. If the selected plan has scheduled verification activities, the system will ask if the user wishes to edit the verification activity data so that it is possible to change the execution of the verification activity.

 

On the screen that will be opened, fill out the following fields in the General data General data section:

Execution: In this section, the fields related to the execution of the verification activity must be filled in.

Start: Enter the start date of the verification.

Time: Enter the start time of the verification.

Actual %: Enter how much percent of the verification has already been performed. When creating an activity in the execution step, the user needs to report a value greater than 1. To keep the activity under execution, a value between 1 and 99 must be entered. If this field is filled in with 100%, the activity execution will be finished.

Responsible team: This field will be filled with the team defined in the plan for the execution of the activity.

Responsible technician

Service center: Select the service center responsible for performing the verification of the assets of this activity.

Responsible technician: Select the technician responsible for performing the verification of the assets of this activity. Only the technicians of the service center selected previously will be available for selection.

 

Once all required fields are completed, the verification activity data can be saved for the first time. To do this, click on the Save button to save the data. The details on how to fill/edit the other fields of the verification activity can be found in the Editing verification activity data section.
