Tracking the metadata completion

Through the Configuration Maintenance Service tracking menu, it is possible to track the status of documents that are queued to perform the following operations:

▪Conversion to PDF: The documents that have this option enabled in their category and that are pending for this operation will be displayed. Only the electronic files with the following extensions will be converted to PDF:

odocx, xlsx, pptx, ppsx, doc, xls, ppt, pps, docm, xlsm, pptm, ods, odp, odt, rtf, txt, tif, tiff (with CCITT compression);

oai, ps, eps, cmx, cdr. For a successful conversion of these formats to pdf, Corel Draw program should be installed in the system server.

ovsd. For a successful conversion of this format to pdf, Microsoft Visio program should be installed in the system server.

▪Metadata completion: The documents that have this feature enabled in their category with docvariable completion pending will be displayed.

▪Automatic signature: The documents that have this feature enabled with the signature of the certificates from the list of signatories pending will be displayed.

As the electronic files are configured to be converted to PDF, associated with the document with a docvariable, or sent for the signature of the certificates of the list, they are displayed in the list of records (queue). However, it is important to point out that the order in the list of records does not necessarily correspond to the order in which these operations will be performed. Electronic files that have successfully gone through these operations will be removed from the queue (list of records) by the system.
