Associations

In this section, it is possible to associate assets already recorded, in the SE Asset component, that are related to the workflow. To do this, first, select whether the asset will be associated in the "Current instance" or in the "Activity under execution". After that, use the buttons in this section to perform the desired operation:

	Click on this button to associate an asset. On the screen that opens, fill in the necessary filters to locate the desired asset. After that, select the asset and save the selection to enable the association of the asset with the workflow in question.
	Click on this button to disassociate an asset of the activity from the workflow in question. To do this, select the record that will be disassociated and click on this button.
	Click on this button to view the data screen of the asset selected in the list of records. Refer to the specific documentation of the SE Asset component for more information on the data screen of an asset.
	This button is enabled when you select an asset from the list of records that has the control of usage event configured (Asset data Control Event) and that you are part of the team responsible for the event. By selecting the arrow next to this button, the following options are displayed: ▪Check-out for usage: This option will only be enabled when you select an asset from the list of records that has the usage event control configured in the asset data, and if the "Allow check-out for usage event" option has been selected in the configuration of the association in the activity, during the process modeling (SE Process). ▪Check-in from usage: This option is enabled only when you select an asset from the list of records that has the usage event control configured in the asset data, and if the "Allow performing check-in from usage event" option has been selected in the configuration of the association in the activity, during the process modeling (SE Process).

For proper operation of this resource, SE Asset should have an active license key in SE Suite.

In this section, it is possible to add new documents, as well as to associate documents already recorded in the SE Document component and that are related to the workflow. For such operations, use the buttons on the side toolbar placed next to the list of records of this section:

	Click on this button to create a new document by associating it with the activity in question. When this button is clicked, the document data screen will appear, in which you must select the category that will classify the document you wish to add. At this point, the other fields of document data screen will be enabled to be filled out. Refer to the specific documentation of the SE Document component, in the File Document menu, for a detailed description on how to complete the fields in the document data screen.
	Click on this button to associate a document with the activity in question. On the screen that will be displayed, locate and select the document that will be associated with the workflow. Check the "Link revision" option if you wish to associate a specific revision of the selected document; the system makes available the current, in progress, and obsolete revisions. Use the CTRL and SHIFT keys on the keyboard or check next to each record to select more than one document at a time. It is important to note that, depending on the configurations set in the activity data during the process modeling, only documents belonging to specific categories may be associated.
	Click on this button to disassociate a document from the workflow in question. To do this, select the record that will be disassociated and click on this button.
	Click on this button to view the electronic file of the document selected in the list of records, if any. If the "Allow the executor to view all documents associated with the instance" option is checked in the document association configuration in the activity data, during process modeling, the activity executor may view the document even if they do not have the viewing permission configured in the document security list.
	Click on this button to view the data screen of the document selected in the list of records.
	Click on this button to select one of the following options to: sign digitally or view the signature of the electronic file of the selected document. See further details on how to perform this operation in the specific documentation of the SE Document component.
	Click on this button and select one of the following options: to sign digitally using DocuSign or to view the signature of the electronic file of the selected document. See further details on how to perform this operation in the specific documentation of the SE Document component.
	Click on this button and select one of the following options: to sign digitally using ClickSign or to view the signature of the electronic file of the selected document. See further details on how to perform this operation in the specific documentation of the SE Document component.

For proper operation of this resource, SE Document should have an active license key in SE Suite.

▪If in the activity association configuration, during the process modeling, a category has been selected, it is only possible to add or associate documents of the defined categories.

▪The signature may be required if the "Require digital signature" parameter has been checked in the Rule tab of the action data to be performed in this activity.

In this section, it is possible to start creating new incidents, as well as associate incidents already recorded in the SE Incident component and that are related to the workflow. To do this, first, select whether the incident will be associated with the "Current instance" or "Activity under execution". After that, use the buttons in this section to perform the desired operation:

	Click on this button to create a new incident. On the screen that opens, after clicking on this button, enter the type and title of the incident that will be created. Refer to the specific documentation of the SE Incident component in the Execution Incident record menu for a detailed description on how to perform this operation.
	Click on this button to associate an incident with the workflow in question. On the screen that opens, when you click on this button, locate and select the recorded incidents that you wish to associate with the workflow.
	Click on this button to disassociate an incident from the workflow in question. To do this, select the record that will be disassociated and click on this button.
	Click on this button to view the data screen of an incident. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.
	Click on this button to view the process flowchart associated with the type of incident selected in the list of records. Refer to the specific documentation of the SE Process component for further details on process flowcharts.

For proper operation of this resource, SE Incident should have an active license key in SE Suite.

▪If an incident type has been selected in the activity association configuration during process modeling, it is only possible to create or associate incidents of the defined types.

▪To deal more effectively with correlation statuses, the incidents associated with this section can be defined as blockers. In this way, the current workflow will be in stand by (or blocked), while waiting for the closure of the associated incidents, that is, this activity will be unblocked only after all blocking incidents have been closed.

▪The activity in question can be executed automatically once all blocking incidents have been closed, provided that this feature has been previously configured in the activity, through the process modeling (SE Process).

In this section, it is possible to associate recorded maintenances in the SE Maintenance component or create new ones. For such operations, use the buttons on the side toolbar placed next to the list of records of this section:

	Click on this button to create a new maintenance activity. To do that, select one of the following options: ▪Preventive maintenance: Select this option to create a preventive maintenance. On the screen that will be displayed, when selecting this option, select the plan that will be used to create the preventive maintenance activity. ▪Maintenance route: Select this option to create a maintenance route. On the screen that will be displayed, when selecting this option, select the plan that will be used to create the maintenance route. ▪Programmed maintenance: Select this option to create a programmed maintenance. On the screen that will be displayed, when selecting this option, select the select activity that will be used to create the maintenance activity. ▪Corrective maintenance: Select this option to create a corrective maintenance. On the screen that will be displayed, when selecting this option, select the select activity that will be used to create the maintenance activity. Refer to the specific documentation of the SE Maintenance component for more information on maintenance activity records.
	Click on this button to edit the data of the maintenance selected from the list of records. This button will only be enabled when selecting a maintenance that is in the execution step and whose user is part of the team responsible for executing the maintenance. Refer to the specific documentation of the SE Maintenance component for more information on maintenance activity data.
	Click on this button to associate a maintenance with the workflow in question. On the screen that opens, when you click on this button, locate and select the maintenances that you wish to associate with the workflow.
	Click on this button to disassociate a maintenance from the workflow in question. To do this, select the record that will be disassociated and click on this button.
	Click on this button to view the data maintenance data screen. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

In order for this feature to function properly, the SE Maintenance component must have an active license key in SE Suite.

In this section, it is possible to create a new action plan, as well as to associate action plans already recorded in the SE Action plan component and that are related to the workflow. For these and other operations, use the buttons located at the top of this section:

Add: Click on this button and select one of the following add options:

▪Action plan: On the screen that will be displayed select the type that will classify the action plan, you wish to add. Save the selection. At this point, the action plan data screen will be displayed, enabling its configuration.

▪Action plan from a template: On the screen that opens, locate and select the action plan that will be the template for the action plan that you wish to add. Save the selection. At this point, the action plan data screen will be displayed, enabling its configuration.

▪Isolated action: On the screen that will be presented, locate the category that classifies the isolated action that will be created. Save the selection. At this point the data screen of the isolated action will be presented, allowing its configuration.

Associate: Click on this button and select one of the following association options:

▪Action plan: On the screen that will be displayed, locate and select the recorded action plan that you wish to associate with the workflow.

▪Isolated action: On the screen that will be displayed, locate and select the recorded isolated action that you wish to associate with the workflow.

For proper operation of this resource, SE Action plan should have an active license key in SE Suite.

▪Refer to the specific documentation of the SE Action Plan component for more information on completing the data screen and configuring the structure of an action plan.

▪According to the settings made in the Rule tab of the activity action data screen, to successfully execute the activity in question, action plans with specific status or with the empty structure cannot be associated. The status of the action plans can be changed for specific configured status if the configuration has also been made in the action data.

▪If during the process modeling in the activity association configuration was selected the "Block manual closure of action plan planning" option, the manual closure of the action plan planning will be blocked.

In this section, it is possible to start creating new problems, as well as associate problems that were previously recorded in the SE Problem component and that are related to the workflow. To do this, first, select whether the problem will be associated in the "Current instance" or "Activity under execution". After that, use the buttons in this section to perform the desired operation:

	Click on this button to create a new problem. On the screen that opens, after clicking on this button, enter the type and title of the problem that will be created. Refer to the specific documentation of the SE Problem component in the Execution Problem record menu for a detailed description on how to perform this operation.
	Click on this button to associate a problem with the workflow in question. On the screen that opens, when you click on this button, locate and select the recorded problems that you wish to associate with the workflow.
	Click on this button to view the data screen of a problem. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.
	Click on this button to view the process flowchart associated with the type of problem selected in the list of records. Refer to the specific documentation of the SE Process component for further details on process flowcharts.
	Click on this button to disassociate a problem from the workflow in question. To do this, select the record that will be disassociated and click on this button.

For proper operation of this resource, SE Problem should have an active license key in SE Suite.

▪If in the configuration of the association in the activity, during the process modeling, a problem type has been selected, it is only possible to create or associate problems of the defined types.

▪To deal more effectively with correlation situations, the problems associated with this section can be defined as blockers. In this way, the current workflow will be in stand by (or blocked), while waiting for the closure of the associated problems, that is, this activity will be unblocked only after all blocking problems have been closed.

▪The current activity can be executed automatically once all blocking problems have been closed, provided that this feature has been previously configured in the activity, through process modeling (SE Process).

In this section, it is possible to start workflows, as well as associate started workflows that are related to the workflow in question. According to the settings made in the action data of the activity, during the process modeling, to execute the activity in question successfully, workflows with specific status cannot be associated. To do this, first, select whether the workflow will be associated in the "Current instance" or "Activity under execution". After that, use the buttons in this section to perform the desired operation:

	Click on this button to start a workflow. On the screen that will be displayed select the process you wish to start and enter a title and description for it. After that, save the selection.
	Click on this button to associate an instance with the workflow in question. On the screen that will be displayed, locate and select the workflow you wish to associate with the workflow in question. It is important to note that, depending on the configurations made in the activity data, in process modeling, only specific process workflows can be associated.
	Click on this button to disassociate a workflow from the activity in question. To do this, select the record that will be disassociated and click on this button.
	Click on this button to view the associated workflow data, selected in the list of records.
	Click on this button to view flowchart of the workflow associated with the record. Refer to the specific documentation of the SE Process component for further details on process flowcharts.

▪If in the configuration of the association in the activity, during the process modeling, a process has been selected, it is only possible to start or associate instances of the defined processes.

▪To handle correlation situations more efficiently, the workflows associated with this section can be defined as blockers. In this way, the current workflow will be in stand by (or blocked), while waiting for the closure of the associated workflows, that is, this activity will be unblocked only after all blocking workflows have been closed.

▪The activity in question can be executed automatically once all blocking workflows have been closed, provided that this feature has been previously configured in the activity, through the process modeling (SE Process).

▪Depending on the settings made on the Rule tab of the action data screen, you may not be able to perform the activity if you have been associated with workflows that are in a particular status.
