Location: Configuration  Initiative Evaluation method

Overview:
Use this menu to create all the possible quantitative evaluation methods that may be used to evaluate the initiatives added to the system. In the quantitative evaluation, the score of the initiatives is calculated based on the criteria, with different weights, defined by the user. At the moment of the evaluation, the criterion weight is multiplied by the value of its options. These values, then, may be added, multiplied, or equated. Based on the result of this evaluation, the initiatives may be later ordered according to their priority for the organization.

Click on this button to add a new evaluation method. See more details about this operation in the Configuring an evaluation method section.

Click on this button to edit the evaluation method selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the evaluation method selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.
