In this tab, it is possible to configure the records that may be associated with the occurrences of this classification in the identification step. To do that, the following subtabs are available:
Use this tab to define whether severities will be associated with the occurrences with this classification. If affirmative, check the Severity field. On the list of records that will be enabled, all severities that have been created through the Configuration Occurrence Severity will be displayed. For this functionality to be available, the "Severity" option must be set as visible in the Information tab.
Check the severities that may be associated with the occurrence. Keep the options that must not be associated with the occurrence with this classification unchecked. Use the buttons next to the list of records to check all records displayed and clear the checked options.

Use this tab to define whether the items that present the nonconformities will be entered in the occurrence identification step. If affirmative, check the Enable item field. In that case, the following fields are available:

Information
|
Select the option that corresponds to the way the items will be associated with the occurrence:
▪Simple: Allows entering only one item when creating the occurrence. ▪Multiple: Allows entering multiple items when creating the occurrence. |
Item type
|
Fill out this field to determine that only items of a specific type can be selected in the occurrence identification. In this case, select the desired item type. If this field is not filled out, items from any type may be selected.
|
Defect identification
|
Check this option to indicate that it is allowed to enter defects into the item. Notice that, when creating the occurrence, it will only be possible to associate defects with the item if the Defect identification option is also selected for the item type.

Request quantity
|
Check this option so that it is possible to indicate the quantity of this item of the occurrence. When creating the occurrence, it will only be possible to enter the quantity of the items that are measurable. Refer to the File Item section for further details about this operation.

Use this tab to view the attributes that complement the information of the occurrences that have this classification.
|
Use this tab to define the possible causes that may have caused the occurrences with this classification. To do that, check the Enable probable cause field. The list of records at the bottom of the screen displays the causes added through the File Probable cause menu. Check the causes that must be available to be used in occurrence identification. Keep the ones that must not be available to be used unchecked. Use the buttons on the side toolbar to check all listed causes and clear the checked options.

This tab will only be displayed if the Identification approval step is checked in the method associated with the classification. Use it to enter the possible responsibility routes that may approve the creation of the occurrences of the classification:

▪Any: Any route may be assigned to approve the creation of the occurrences with this classification. ▪Defined: Only specific responsibility routes may approve the creation of the occurrences with this classification. The list of records at the bottom of the screen displays the responsibility routes available in the SE Action component. Check the desired routes. Keep those that may not be used unchecked. Use the buttons on the side toolbar to check all listed routes and clear the checked option. |
Default approval route

Fill out this field to define a responsibility route that will be displayed as selected by the system when defining the process flow in the occurrence identification. According to the previously selected option, the user may select any responsibility route recorded in the SE Action component or a responsibility route from those determined in the list of records.

Enable occurrence record owner to edit the approval route
|
Check this option for the record owner to have permission to change the approval flow.

Use this tab to configure the sending of notifications to the members of the notification group just as determined actions are performed in the occurrences of the classification in question. To do that, check the Enable notification sending option and fill out the available fields:

This option will only be available if, in the method associated with the classification, it is set that it will have an approval. Check the corresponding options to define whether the notification will be sent when closing and/or when approving the occurrence identification.

Notification groups selection
|
▪Any: Any notification group can be selected when identifying an occurrence with this classification. The one that is selected will receive the notification. ▪Defined: Only specific notification groups may be selected when identifying occurrences with this classification. The list of records at the bottom of the screen displays the notification groups available in the SE Action component. Check the desired groups. Keep those that may not be used unchecked. Use the buttons on the side toolbar to check all listed groups and clear the checked option. Regardless of the previously selected, use the Default column in the list of records to define the notification groups that will be displayed by the system as selected in the "Notification" tab of the occurrence record.

Responsible
|
Check this option for the record owner to have permission to change the approval flow.
|

Use this tab to define whether the identification data of the occurrences of the classification in question may be edited, as well as to limit the steps for edition. To do that, check the Allow occurrence record data editing option. In the During the execution of the listing, check the steps of the occurrence in which changes will be allowed. The checked fields will be available according to the method associated with the classification. In the checked steps, all the field will be enabled for editing, including the "Classification" (provided the new classification is from the same method as the occurrence) and the "Occurrence department" fields. Keep the steps in which changes will not be allowed unchecked. Use the buttons on the side toolbar to check all listed steps and clear the checked options.

After setting the necessary configurations, save the record.
