Overview:
At this menu, it is possible to register documents burnt to media. To do so, the record retention schedule associated with Archive control of the document category which the media burning will be registered should have the Media burning tab duly configured. On this tab, also define the deadline that the responsible users will have for this operation.

Click on this button to burn the document selected in the list of records to media. For further information on this operation, see the Media burning section.

Click on this button to view the data screen of the document selected in the list of records. View specific documentation of the SE Document component for further details on the data screen of a document.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

If in the Configuration General parameters menu Physical file tab, the "Automatically send document to the archiving task after saving it in the system" option is checked, the document will continue to the first archiving step, it will advance directly to Media burning, not needing to issue and receive the transfer form.

Use the "Search fields" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
