Overview:
From this menu, it is possible to make adjustments in the requests issued in the system, as long as they have not yet been closed or finished. By default, the list of records will display the requests issued by the logged user. If the configuration for the logged-in user to exert total or specific control in the records of a department, position or user is set up in the SE Administration component (File Organization structure User), the requests issued by the department, position or user in question will also be displayed in the list of records.

Click on this button to edit the data of the request selected in the list of records. On the screen that will be opened, it will be possible to edit the ID # (if the configured mask allows it), the name, the issuer name, the attributes, the description, the explanation, the attachments and the documents. Note that to perform this operation it is necessary to have the "Change" control allowed in the security of the request. Refer to the Issuing a request section for a detailed description of the sections and fields displayed on the request data screen.

Click on this button to view the request data or click on the arrow next to this button to display the data screen of the object of the request selected in the list of records. Note that to perform this operation it is necessary to have the "View" control allowed in the security of the request.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports. Note that to perform this operation it is necessary to have the "Print" control allowed in the security of the request.

Click on this button to update the attributes of the request selected in the list of records to the attributes configured in their type. To actually perform this operation, it is necessary to confirm the question asked by the system. As a result, the request attributes will be deleted and replaced by the attributes configured on its type.
