Execution of verification activities on smartphones

Similar to maintenance activities, from this version onwards, it is possible to execute verification activities through smartphones.

With the feature, it is necessary to have better control over the activities performed in the field and reducing the need to print reports to the technicians.

In addition, it is possible to carry out the timesheets on the activity at the time of execution, without the need to annotate the information and subsequently update the system.

 

 

Software license management

From this version onwards, it is possible to manage the life cycle of software licenses through a list of licenses that can be linked to software obtained through the import of computers to SE Suite.

This tool helps prevent nonconformity problems in the use of the licenses, generating pending tasks due to the use above the available quantity, the expiration of licenses, or software without allowed installation.

A widget for the portals has also been made available to display the main data in a graphic way, allowing, for example, the identification of potential savings with available licenses that are not installed.
