Knowledge base widget with base selection

In addition to selecting a specific base or all bases, it is now possible to select which knowledge bases will be displayed in the widget through the widget configuration.

It is now possible to create visions in the knowledge base through SoftExpert Analytics.

 

Attributes on the grid

From version 2.1.6 onwards, it is possible to view the article attributes directly on the grid.

 

Web service for article creation

From this version onwards, it is possible to create articles using kb_ws, available in SOAP web services.
