From this version onwards, the user has the possibility to create tasks in a sequence. With this feature, the user does not need to exit the creation modal to continue recording new tasks. Moreover, to facilitate the creation, the system maintains the data for: task type, priority, sprint, and filled out attributes, and it is up to the user to define only the fields that are normally different when creating tasks in a sequence, such as title and description.
Aiming to inform users on Sprint data, for this version, the information regarding days remaining until the end of the sprint, its start and end dates, its name, and its deadline have been added. This feature allows those involved in the execution board to have the necessary deadline information without the need to access the backlog.
For customers that use the Scrum methodology, sprint data such as date, time, and objectives have been added to the task view Analytics. With such information, the user has more data to add to their stratifications and analyses regarding the sprint.
Aiming to facilitate the association of SoftExpert Suite objects with Kanban tasks, it is now possible to perform multiple selections in the record listing. Thus, the user is able to perform batch associations, only confirming the operation once.
Moreover, aiming to facilitate searching for the desired record, the system now has a specific advanced search for this association. With the search, the user has other filter options to locate the desired record.
From this version onwards, it is possible to create an attribute of the SoftExpert Suite object type, whose data type is Kanban. With this feature, the customer can use the list of tasks as an attribute in any system component.
Aiming to make the flowchart configuration simpler and more dynamic, from this version onwards, the system displays a summary of the configuration of each flow step. With this feature, the user visually comprehends the flow mapping, being able to perform the necessary changes in a faster and more practical way.
To make the workspace configuration process faster, from this version onwards, the system has the option to copy an existing record. With this feature, the user can copy the entire workspace structure, such as flows, task types, security, and notifications, modifying only the configurations that are different between them.
From this version onwards, the system displays the Kanban association frame in the project, the project task, the program, and the nonproject task. With this item, the user is able to associate and even create a Kanban task directly through the data of those SoftExpert Suite objects, improving integration between components.
For support in the task planning process, this version features the Gantt vision for the backlog tasks. The Gantt chart allows the manager to have a vision of tasks throughout time, facilitating the distribution of tasks across periods and responsible parties, which avoids overloading team resources.
The Gantt vision is divided in two sections: The left section lists the backlog tasks with the main task data and with permission to edit it. The right section has information regarding deadlines and the task progress.
The feature also allows assembling a vision per groupers, separating tasks by Responsibility, Board columns, Sprint, or simply respecting the sequence of the backlog tasks. Moreover, it is possible to apply several filters to the listing to adjust it to the reality of the current analysis.
