Overview:

The objective of an asset template is to make it quicker to create assets with similar information. Use this menu to create all the templates that may be used for the addition of assets.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new asset template. See further details about this operation in the Creating an asset template section.

Click on this button to edit the asset template selected in the list of records. For further information, see the Configuring an asset type section.

Click on this button to delete the asset template selected in the list of records. If the selected template has already been used to create other assets, when clicking on this button, the system will display a message informing that there are related data.

Click on this button to view the data of the asset template selected in the list of records in "Read-only" mode.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Click on this button to add a new asset template from the copy of an already created template. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. Once done, the asset template data screen will be displayed to perform the required editing.

 

Use the "Search filters" to find the records more easily based on specific information (ID #, name, and/or status).
