Overview:

When an asset in loaned out to a department of the organization, it must be checked out, specifying the department and location where it will be. Remember that only users from the usage group of the asset may check it out. In order to check an asset out, it must be configured with the usage event and the user who will create the event must be a member of the team responsible for it.

 

The main screen is displayed in three quadrants. The first quadrant displays the panel with search filters that allow locating the assets and their usage events more easily. The second quadrant displays the assets recorded in the system, while the third quadrant displays the usage events of the asset selected in the second quadrant.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button, located in the second quadrant, to view the data of the asset selected in the list of records.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to view the data of the check-out for usage selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button, located in the second quadrant, to configure and issue the usage event protocol report. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to add a new check-out for usage for the asset selected in the second quadrant. See further details about this operation in the Checking the asset out for usage section.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to edit the check-out for usage selected in the list of records.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to delete the check-out for usage selected in the list of records.
