Action Plan

History report

Aiming to improve the collection of SoftExpert Action Plan data, a new history report has been developed. This report will list all events and comments in the action plan history. It will also be available for plan actions and isolated actions, and it can be generated from the Action plan arrowrgray View Actions and plans (PL011) menu. The events will be listed in the report also in chronological order.

Isolated action closure notification e-mail

A new isolated action closure notification e-mail has been created. After closing an isolated action, the system will send a notification e-mail to the user responsible for the action and to the team, if any.

Association of a specific document revision with the action and the plan

The feature to associate document revisions with actions and plans has been added. With this implementation, it will be possible to choose a specific revision of the document that will be associated, creating a link between the action/plan and the specific revision. It will still be possible to associate the current revisions of the documents.
