Deletion of fields and formulas when importing the form

From this version onwards, when importing the form to a revision or an existing form, the form and formula fields will be automatically deleted before the import.

A message will be displayed in the import wizard for the user to confirm the deletion of the items.

Thus, the system will clear the form before starting the import, facilitating the process that was previously done manually by the user, making the operations faster and more efficient.

 

Importing only new datasets to the form

From this version onwards, an option has been made available in the form import wizard for the user to have the option to import only the new datasets.

For the existing datasets that will be reused in the form, the system checks inconsistencies such as missing fields and displays a message in the import result, indicating which fields are inconsistent.

Thus, the creation of duplicated datasets is avoided, improving the management of forms and their components.

 

Replacing form queries during the import

Queries created in the form are replaced in the import.

When importing the form, existing queries will be deleted and imported again, avoiding duplications and inconsistencies in the use of the SQL commands.

 

Export/Import form image references

The images in the form use the template created in the system.

Thus, from this version onwards, the system exports the template reference (ID #) and, when performing the import, connects it to the images previously created in the system, decreasing re-work to associate the images with the template.
