Improvements have been made to the Login screen to facilitate the use of Single Sign-On.

The user who already has a registration in the service of the company they are a part of will be able to access SE Suite automatically if the Single Sign-On option is available. Simply click on the button according to the image below:

The user who does not have a registration with the service of the company they are a part of, but who has a registration in SE Suite, will be able to use the User and Password fields and press Login. These fields are also used to access the system as an admin user.

 

These features were already available in the platform, and the objective is to improve the browsing experience.

Portal communication

A new portal feature has been released in this version for the addition of comments. It will be possible to freely open discussion topics in the portals, with the possibility of notifying the mentioned users and groups (department, position, team), as long as the user has access permission. The objective is to facilitate the communication of activity execution on a daily basis without external interference, centering the conversation regarding a certain theme. In this feature, it is possible to add new topics and comment on topics that are in progress:

In this first version, notifications will be sent through the SE Suite Notification center. The creator of the topic will always receive the comments added to the discussion; otherwise, only the mentioned users or groups will be notified:

SE Suite usage satisfaction surveys

The user currently has the option to take part in satisfaction surveys and send information regarding the usage of SE Suite through the options in the Privacy section in the user data screen.

This version makes available an update to the SoftExpert Privacy policy section of the CM006 menu (Configuration arrowrgray Configuration arrowrgray System), so that the administrator (or the user with permission in the system configuration) may authorize the participation of the employees of the company regarding the usage of SE Suite. By default, this option will be available in the user data, but if the "The software contracting company has no interest in the participation of users in sending information to the supplier about the use of SE Suite" option is checked in the system configurations, it will not be displayed.

Data protection - Privacy notice

A new feature has been released in this version allowing companies to configure a legal notice to users, once they log in, regarding the company policy about the treatment of personal data, aiming to meet the new personal and sensible data treatment laws.

This feature can be configured in the Data protection section of the CM006 menu (Configuration arrowrgray Configuration arrowrgray System).]

In this item, which is not mandatory, it is possible to enable its configuration.

 

By enabling the legal notice, a text box will be made available to format what will be sent to the user when logging in.

By default, the option to send a legal notice to SE Suite users will be checked and the option to send it to external users will be unchecked.

The request made by the law regarding the change and deletion of registrations by the user must follow the company process, through SE Suite itself, other tools, or even via e-mail. At first, SoftExpert will not make this type of feature available to be performed directly by the users, as the data is likely necessary through a legal basis and may not be modified or deleted. Therefore, the understanding must be company x employees/suppliers/customers etc.

In the Consent list item, it is possible to filter the statuses of the users who have accepted the data collection or who are still pending. It is also possible to add or delete some columns with basic information of the user who is registered in SE Suite, such as: Name, Department, Leader. After the user accepts the notice, the version they have accepted will be recorded, as there may be cases in which it is necessary to edit the notice and send it again. Thus, it will always be possible to send the last revised text.

From the moment the legal notice is configured, as soon as the user logs into the system, the notice will be displayed through the following screen:

By accepting the notice, it will be possible to view, in the user data, in the Privacy notice section, the last consented notice, with the date and time in which it was issued.
