To edit a receiving inspection, select it from the list of records on the main screen and click on the button.
On the inspection data screen, the following sections will be available:
Identification
|
Rcv #.
|
Number of the inspection form object receiving filled out by the system. This number could be raised through a mask if there is any mask set in the type of the form selected for the inspection in question.
|
Inspection flow
|
This field will only be enabled if the "Allow editing flow during receiving" option has been checked on the inspection form. In that case, it is possible to change the flow that contains the groups of users who will be responsible for each step of the inspection. After saving the record for the first time, the flow diagram will be displayed next to the fields of this section, highlighting the step in which the inspection is currently found.

Item
|
This field is automatically filled out with the item that is being received.
|
Process
|
This field is automatically filled out with the process that is being received. This field is only valid when the form object is of the In progress product, Process and Process activity type.
|
Workflow
|
This field is automatically filled out with the workflow that is being received. This field is only valid when the form object is of the Workflow and Workflow activity type.
|
Activity
|
This field is automatically filled out with the process activity (instantiated in the workflow) that is being received. This field is only valid when the form object is of the In progress product, Process and Process activity type.
|
Supply
|
This field is automatically filled out with the supply that is being received. This field is only valid when the form object is of the Raw material type.
|
Supplier
|
Select the supplier of the item or item/supply. Only the suppliers configured in the inspection form will be available. If the "Block receivings from suppliers without contacts" option is selected on the General parameters screen, it will be mandatory for the supplier to have its contacts recorded.
|
Quality level
|
This field will be automatically filled out with the quality index of the supplier in question. This field may remain blank if the supplier index has not yet been evaluated.
|
Current step
|
This field is automatically filled out with the step in which the inspection is found.
|
General data

Inspection form
|
This field is filled out by the system with the inspection form ID #.
|
Form object
|
This field is filled out by the system with the inspection form object.
|
Lot #
|
ID # of the receiving lot.
|
Invoice
|
Enter the invoice number. Enter, in the field next to it, the invoice issue Date. Remember that these fields will not be displayed if the form object is of the Internal finished product type.
|
Production order #/PO #/WO #
|
Request order number of the raw material/Manufacturing order number/Work order number. Remember that these fields vary depending on the form object type in which the receiving is being done.

Date
|
Enter the receiving date.
|
Deadline
|
▪Estimated date: Receiving estimated date. ▪Time: Receiving estimated time. ▪Actual date: Receiving actual date. ▪Time: Receiving actual time. |
Quantity
|
▪Estimated: Receiving expected amount. ▪Actual: Actual quantity received. |
Cost
|
▪Estimated: Estimated receiving cost. ▪Actual: Actual receiving cost. |
Comments
|
Use this field to enter the comments about the inspection in question.
|
Attribute
|
This section will only be displayed if there are attributes associated with the inspection form type. Therefore, those that are required must have their values filled in. For that, simply enter them in the list of attributes itself.

Index
|
This section will only be displayed if the quality index defined in the form of this inspection has an index (configured for the identification step) in the equation of the "Object/Object by supplier" field. Thus, the evaluation will be given through the manual completion of the score or through a checklist. See how to perform this evaluation in each case:
▪Evaluation checklist: In this section will be displayed the questions of the checklist associated with the quality index defined in the inspection of this form. To answer the checklist, click on the button, located next to the checklist field (index). On the screen that will be opened, select the desired answer in the Answer column from the actual list of records. The answers may already be filled out if the default option is defined in the record of the evaluation checklist. In addition, the completion of the Comments column fields will be mandatory or not, also in the record of the evaluation checklist, according to the configurations established. ▪Manual score: In this section will be displayed the indexes associated with the quality index configured in the inspection form. Therefore, enter the value obtained in the evaluation of each index of the receiving.
Comments:
▪The indexes displayed in this section must be filled so that the identification step can be closed. ▪Repeat the procedure for all the checklists that have been associated with the inspection form in question. ▪If the quality index defined in the form of this inspection does not have any index (configured for this step), then, the inspection evaluation of the system will be automatically performed. |
Initial sample

Number
|
Enter the number of the sample ID # to be retained. The sample consists of one or more units of product, removed from the lot to be inspected, randomly and independently of its quality.
|
Location
|
Select the place where the sample will be stored.
|
Certificate/Report
|
Regarding the certificate/report, the following fields are available:
▪Number: Enter the report/certificate number of the product quality. ▪Date: Enter the report issue date/certificate of product quality. ▪Owner: Enter the name of the responsible party for issuing the certificate/report for the supplier. |
Approval route
|
This section will only be displayed if there is a responsibility route set for the identification step of the inspection flow. In that case, when sending the record to the next step, the system will generate the Execution approval task for the members of the responsibility route which will be displayed in this section.

When clicking on the arrow below this option, the following subsections are available:
Attachment
|
Through this section, it is possible to add, delete, download and view the attachments related to the inspection. For further details on how to add attachments to the record, see the Adding attachments section.

Document
|
This section is only available if the SE Document component is part of the solutions acquired by your organization. In it, it is possible to add or associate the documents related to the inspection. Refer to the Adding documents section for further details on how to add and/or associate documents from SE Document.

Associate the nonconformities found during the receiving of the inspection form object. The non-conformities correspond to the non-compliance of the requirements specified for the receiving. Use the following buttons to manage the non-conformities of the receiving:

Click on the arrow next to this button and select what kind of nonconformity will be created:
▪Ad-hoc: Select this option to create a nonconformity that will be controlled in the SE Inspection component. See more details about this operation in the Creating nonconformities in SE Action section. ▪Incident: Select this option to create a nonconformity that will be controlled in the SE Incident component. Click on this button to edit the record of nonconformity. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

After performing the desired configurations, use the respective options on the toolbar of the screen to save the record. The following actions will also be available:
▪Send to next step: Click on this button to close the receiving inspection step. If this step is configured to have approval, then, at this point, the Execution approval task for the members of the responsibility route set in the inspection flow will be generated. After the approval, the receiving will follow to the next step set in the flow. If you have not configured the identification approval, the receiving follows immediately to the next step. ▪Undo last step: Click on this button to return to the previous step in the inspection flow.
