From version 2.1.8 onwards, aiming to improve the management of access controls, the security of the SoftExpert Action Plan component works with permission profiles.
It is now possible to create and manage profiles through a new menu. Profiles can be created as needed. For example: view profile, with only the listing and viewing controls, or manager profile, will all controls, and so on.
Once permission profiles are created, they can be associated with the category and the objects (action plan, template, ad isolated action), informing users, departments, positions, and teams, and connecting them to the desired permission profile.
In version 2.1.8, the action plan will have the new Gantt feature, both when editing the actions and when viewing the Gantt chart.
The objective is to improve the usability when managing the action plan actions through a new, more modern interface.
The old Gantt features will be maintained, and new features have been added, such as the configuration of the action viewing density and the possibility of expanding the Gantt to cover the entire screen.
Meeting regulations for entrepreneurial management requires action plans to meet and/or treat nonconformities in varied scenarios and regulations, and one of the main uses of the SoftExpert Action Plan component is integrated with other SoftExpert Suite components to compose the entrepreneurial solution.
As an example, there are cases in which the action plan was created from a certain SoftExpert Suite object, which may be an incident, a workflow, a requirement, etc., that is, the action plan exists because of this generator object.
Aiming to highlight such important information to many organizations and solutions, an improvement has been made to the viewing of the action plan generator object.
From version 2.1.8 onwards, the generator object is viewed through cards on the action plan data screen. This improvement is also applied to the isolated action.
Aiming to improve the integration of the SoftExpert Action Plan component, version 2.1.8 makes available two new web services: to edit and execute isolated actions.
Through the editing web service, it will be possible to edit the main isolated action data, such as ID #, category, 5w2h information, etc.
Through the execution web service, it will be possible to execute isolated actions pending in the "Execution" step.
A tab named "Where used" has been added to the team screen to list all records with which the team is associated.
The main motive is to create traceability in the system in case it is necessary to view the team connections.
