Drawer with task data

From this version onwards, editing the task data is performed through the drawer. With this feature, the user can view the board when editing the record, improving the component use ergonomics. Moreover, the new structure allows for a better distribution and viewing of the information present in the task.

 

 

Allow creating sub-tasks

Aiming to improve the structure of a task, from this version onwards, the user is able to create lower level tasks from the main task. With this feature, the user can share a single task in smaller records, with the possibility of assigning each record to a different user. The system also allows the user to define sub-task types per Workspace, including flow definition, which does not have to be the same as the main task.

Moreover, when viewing the board, these tasks are visible to the team with distinct visuals, grouped according to their upper level task, for the users to easily understand their relationships.

 

 

 

Initiatives

Aiming to facilitate the management of large tasks, the concept of Initiatives has been developed in the system.

The improvement consists of displaying all tasks that are related to an objective in a centralized way, be them common tasks or other initiatives. As well as enabling a macro vision, the system allows creating the relationship with tasks from different Workspaces, allowing the management to understand the dependencies between teams, as well as to know how much the initiative has advanced, and what is lacking for its delivery.

 

With the requirement, from the Backlog, the manager has access to a different viewing for initiatives, with the possibility of applying quick filters to plan the missing tasks.

Moreover, viewing through Gantt chart makes available grouping through initiatives, allowing the manager to understand the entire task hierarchy.
