While the training is under execution, it is still possible to edit some information on your data screen. To do that, first locate it and select it in the main screen list of records. After that, click on the button on the toolbar.
At this point, the data screen will be opened. The following sections will be available for editing:

General data

This section will display the training data entered during its creation (be it through addition or copy), allowing some of it to be edited, such as instructors and support staff, and actual information.
The Validity field is filled out by the system with the date up to which the training is valid. This date is obtained from the training end date, according to the validity configured in the Validity section.
If the participant has enrolled through a widget of the SE Training component, the Self-training option will be displayed checked by the system.
When the training is closed (that is, after it goes through every step configured for it), it will be possible to generate the training instructor certificate. See further details in the Generating a certificate section.

If the training is:
Individual
It will possible to track the status of their evaluation, if they have been added to the planning, their data and the data of their area and position, who performed their enrollment and when, and the training score and attendance. Through the button on the side toolbar, it is possible to view their data.
Collective
It is possible to track the information of the participants in the training: the status of their enrollment and evaluation, if they have been added to the planning, their data and the data of their area and position, who performed their enrollment and when, and the training score and attendance.
Use the "Display participants who did not have the approved training enrollment", "Display participants that were included in the planning and were removed during the execution" and "Display participants that have been deleted during training execution" options to filter users who were enrolled in the training, but did not take part in it for the aforementioned reasons. For the first two options to be displayed, it is necessary for the situations that were described to have happened. The third option will only be displayed if the "Require an explanation when deleting a participant during training execution" option is enabled in the general parameters.
On the side toolbar, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button to associate the participants and thus enroll them in the training. See how to perform this operation in each case through the Enrolling participants in a collective training section.

Click on this button to enter an explanation for the enrollment of the participant in the training. On the screen that will be opened, it is possible to view the data of the enrollment and the approval (if this step happened) and enter the desired explanation.
|
|
This button will only be available if a participant whose enrollment was not approved is selected in the list of records. Click on it to view the data of the participant and the enrollment approval.
|
|
Click on this button to delete and then unsubscribe the training user. Confirm the request performed by the system for the training participant to be deleted. If the "Require an explanation when deleting a participant from the training" option is checked in the general parameters, by clicking on this button, a screen will be opened in which it will be necessary to enter an explanation for removing the participant from the training.
|
|
Click on this button to import the training participants from an .xls spreadsheet. Refer to the Importing participants to a collective training section for more details on this operation.

▪If the training is individual, it will be possible to track the participant status and view their enrollment data through the button on the side toolbar. ▪If the training is collective, while the evaluations are not finished, or while its execution is not finished (even if the evaluation is), it will be possible to enroll participants, as long as the training does not have an enrollment deadline. |

Attribute
|
This section will only be displayed if an attribute is associated in the Attribute section of the data screen of the configuration applied to the training. The attributes that have been filled out when adding the training can have their values edited, unless it is a blocked attribute. The way to fill out an attribute varies according to the configurations established when creating it.

Object
|
In this section, it is possible to associate with the training the document it will be about. If a document has been associated as training object in the training course or planning, it will be displayed in this section. For this resource to work correctly, it is necessary for the SE Document component to be a part of the solutions acquired by your organization.
On the side toolbar, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button to associate a document with the training. On the screen that will be displayed, locate and select the desired document. Note that only documents that have the "Training" control checked and configured on their category will be available for selection. View specific documentation of the SE Document component for further details on document training control.

Cost

In this section, it is possible to view a summary of the planned and the actual fixed costs, per participant, total per participant, and total cost values of the training. On the side toolbar, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button to add an actual cost to the training. Refer to the Adding a cost section for further details about this operation.

Click on this button to edit the values of the cost selected in the list of records. Note that if a cost added during training planning is selected in the list of records, the actual values of the planned cost may be informed. Refer to the Adding actual values of planned costs section for further details about this operation.

This button will only be displayed if the training has planned costs added to it. Click on it to copy the planned values to the actual values of the cost selected in the list of records without accessing the data screen. Confirm the request made by the system to perform this operation.

Checklist
|
This section will only be displayed if an execution checklist is associated in the Checklist section of the training configuration data screen. It is intended to assist the user in the execution of the training. In order to answer the questions, select the desired option: Yes, No or N/A. The answers may have already been selected by the system according to the standard defined when recording the checklist. Moreover, filling in the Comments fields may be mandatory or not, also according to the configurations established when creating the checklist.
If the training has gone through the planning step, the planning checklist will be presented to view the answers.

Content
|
If the content has already been made available for the participants, it will only be possible to view the data of this section.
Otherwise, it will be possible to edit it. In this case, the following buttons will be available on the side toolbar:

Click on this button to browse between the saved files on your computer, select multiple files and attach them to the training.

Click on this button and choose the option that corresponds to the content you wish to add to the training. See a detailed description of each content type available in the Content section.

Displays the listing of the training participants, in which it is possible to track the progress of the content execution of each participant (the start and end date of the execution, the duration of the execution, the percentage executed, among other information).
On the side toolbar, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button to view the access history and execution of the training content of the participant selected in the listing.
|

Click on this button to finish the access to the content of the participant selected in the list. With this, the system will consider that the participant has executed all the content of the training. To effectively perform this operation, confirm the request performed by the system.

Click on this button to release the access to the content of the participant selected from the list once again. With this, the system returns the participant content for execution, but the progress will not be lost. To effectively perform this operation, confirm the request performed by the system.

Click on this button to invalidate the access to the content of the participant selected in the list of records. On the screen that will be opened, enter the reason for the content to be invalidated. Classroom reservation
In this section, it is possible to view the room reserved for conducting the training, as well as perform the reservation of other rooms. Refer to the Editing a training under planning Calendar section for a detailed description on how to perform this operation.
Audio-visual resources reservation
In this section, it is possible to view the audio-visual resources reserved for conducting the training, as well as perform the reservation of other audio-visual resources. Refer to the Editing a training under planning Calendar section for a detailed description on how to perform this operation.

In this section, it is possible to view the documentations already associated with the training, as well as to associate new documentation. In order to do it, use the following sections:
Attachment

In this section, it will be possible to add, delete, download and view the attachments related to the training. For further details on how to add attachments to the record, see the Adding attachments section.

Document
|
This section is only available if the SE Document component is part of the solutions acquired by your organization. In it, it will be possible to add, delete, download and view the electronic file and the data of the documents related to the training. Refer to the Adding documents section for further details on how to add and/or associate documents from SE Document.
|

This section is available if the SE Competence component is part of the solutions acquired by your organization. In it, it is possible to manage competences that will be developed with the execution of the training. The competences associated with the training (course or planning) will be displayed, and it will also be possible to add new ones.
On the side toolbar, the following buttons are available:

Click on this button to associate a competence with the training. On the screen that the system will display, locate and select the desired competence. Use the CTRL and SHIFT keys on the keyboard or check next to each record to select more than one competence at a time. Once done, save your selection.

The items associated with the training (course or planning) will be displayed, and it will also be possible to add new ones.

Use the CTRL or SHIFT key on the keyboard or the checkbox next to each record to select more than one item at a time. Once done, save your selection.

This option will only be displayed if participants and/or an internal instructor have been associated and if the actual dates are equal to or later than the current date. It allows sending the appointments in the days in which the training will take place to the e-mail customer calendar of the participants and instructor of the training.
In order for this feature to work correctly, the Export appointment field must be properly configured in the general parameters, the users involved must have the email properly configured in the system and the e-mail sending feature must be enabled.
This option will also be available in the side toolbar of the Calendar Days of occurrence section.

Most fields in this section will be completed with the parameterizations defined in the training configuration/planning, but it is possible to customize them. The following subsections are available:
Extra signature

Use this section if there is a person, in addition to the instructor and participant, who must sign the certificate. To do that, check the Extra signature option and, in the respective field, enter the name of the person in question.

Evaluation
|
This section displays the evaluations types that will be applied to the training and other information related to them, defined in the training configuration. This information can be edited. Refer to the Editing training configuration section for a detailed description of the displayed fields.
If the evaluation configurations are changed and it becomes via survey, the previously generated surveys related to the evaluation will be deleted, and it will be necessary to generate new ones.

Target audience

Use this list if you wish only certain users to be able to enroll in the training. By default, the system configures "All (Internal)" as a target audience.
To restrict the training participants, click on the button on the side toolbar. On the screen that will be opened, locate and select the training target audience: internal (all, organizational unit, position, department + position, user, team and/or organizational mapping) and/or external (all external users, a specific external user or all external users from a company).. Once done, save your selection.
Use the other side toolbar buttons to view or delete the data of the record selected in the target audience list.

If a target audience is defined, the training in question will only be available for enrollment through the Training enrollment menu or through the "Training enrollment" widget for users that are part of the listing.
