Location: Management Revalidation Requirement mapping
Overview:
The mappings that have requirements with validity control configured in their type will be regularly revalidated. Through this menu, it is possible to revalidate mappings regardless of whether their validity has already expired, as well as to approve them and view the previous revalidations.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button, located in the second quadrant, to view the structure of the requirement mapping selected in the list of records. The mapping structure will only be available for editing, through the Requirement mapping revision task and while the revision is in the "Draft" step.

Click on this button, located in the second quadrant, to view the data of the requirement selected in the list of records. In the third quadrant, click on this button to view the selected screen of revalidation data in the third quadrant.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report, associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to revalidate the requirement selected in the list of records. For further details about this operation, see the Revalidating mappings and requirements section.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to edit the revalidation selected in the list of records. It is important to point out that this button will only be enabled if the revalidation status is not Finished.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to delete a revalidation. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to send a revalidation to approval. It is important to note that this button will only be enabled if the validity configuration associated with the requirement type is parameterized for the revalidation to pass through approval.

▪Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information. See in the View Requirement menu a detailed description of the filters. ▪Remember that only the requirements that the logged on user has the authorized permissions to "Edit requirement model" or "Revise requirement model" will be displayed in the list of records. |
